On/Off Card Controls
Prevent fraud on your debit cards.
We’ve enhanced card security for our members with new debit card controls.
Members can now turn their debit cards on and off through our mobile app or online banking.
Here’s How to Disable Your Card:
- Login to Online Banking
- Choose Remote Control Cards Under Upper Left Menu
- Change Your Card Status from ‘Enabled’ to ‘Disabled’
- Confirm by Clicking Submit
- Take the Same Steps to Enable Your Card
Keep in mind – recurring bills, returns, credits, dispute adjustments, payments, interest will continue even if your card is disabled.
